Order Processing                                                                                                                All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping Origin                                                                                                                  Orders are currently shipped from Norway. Until a third-party logistics provider(3PL) is in place, orders will be handled and dispatched directly from Norway.

Delivery Times                                                                                                                    Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic (Norway):                                                                                                            Estimated delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.

International shipping:                                                                                                        Estimated delivery time may range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays                                                                                                                  Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Customs clearance

- Carrier delays

- Weather conditions

- International transportation disruptions

Arivera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Customs, Duties & Taxes                                                                                                    For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibilty of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Future fulfillment                                                                                                            We plan to transition to third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment in the future to improve delivery speed and efficiency. This policy may be updated accordingly.
