Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Not washed

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom products, including items with embroidery or printed designs

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
